At CreativeGear, we ship creative tools across Europe with care and speed. Below you will find all details about processing times, delivery options, and shipping costs.
1. Shipping Destinations
We ship to most countries within the European Union. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact our support team at support@creativegear.eu.
2. Processing Time
- Orders placed on business days before 15:00 (CET) are usually processed the same day.
- Orders placed after 15:00 (CET), on weekends, or on public holidays are processed the next business day.
- During peak periods (such as Black Friday or holidays), processing times may be slightly longer.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
3. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Netherlands: 1–2 business days
- Germany & Belgium: 2–3 business days
- Rest of EU: 2–5 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs procedures (if applicable).
4. Shipping Costs
Free shipping applies for EU shipments.
5. Carriers
We work with reliable European carriers such as:
- DHL
- DPD
- PostNL
Carrier selection depends on destination and parcel size.
6. Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.
7. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit:

Provide your order number and, if applicable, clear photos of the damaged packaging and product.
We will investigate the issue and provide a suitable solution as quickly as possible.
8. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. CreativeGear is not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
9. Split Shipments
In some cases, your order may be shipped in multiple parcels (for example, when products are stored in different warehouses). You will receive separate tracking details for each shipment.
